Told me to go on MyChart to answer my questions and then when I asked questions she became very affronted. I politely asked inquiries about a differential diagnosis. Because I believe I was incorrectly diagnosed. And she became very unprofessional. In addition, was unable to answer the simplest of questions. I asked her if something was related to my endocrine problems and she would answer something completely different. Very bizarre. Also, she made errors on my medical chart. For instance I had reported increased irritability and she put patient denies irritability. I also told her I was having heart palpitations and then she told me that I was asymptomatic. Lol I am now going to wait another 3 months to see another specialist which is worth the wait because I was given no recommendation after I was diagnosed. No foods to avoid, no activities to avoid, no things to improve my health or quality of life. Total complete waste of my time and in the meanwhile being untreated has possibly… caused damage to my thyroid. As well as weight gain. Please go elsewhere.
