Why I chose to pursue a career in healthcare:My thirst for medicine began when I worked as a medical clerk right after high school. I loved getting to know our patients and seeing the ways in which their lives were changed by the services our providers offered. This prompted me to look at the many different roles available in medicine. Becoming a physician assistant has allowed me to build relationships with patients, help solve some of their physical troubles, be an emotional support when needed, and always be their advocate in any area needed. It has encouraged me to live a life of continued learning and growth.What I want my patients to know about me:I want my patients to know that I will do my very best to help them! I will listen, problem solve and communicate openly with you to help you improve your health and reach your goals!What I do when I'm not seeing patients:When I am not at work, I am spending time with my husband and three sons.
