Awful. Have seen this person twice both times did absolutely nothing to address my concern.

Recently brought my child in to get checked. If you are a parent (or a human being at that), you never want someone -- especially a medical professional -- to say, "If I were you, I would have..." Number 1, you AREN'T me. This is not YOUR child. Number 2 -- considering the circumstances pertaining to my child's visit, making a parent feel stupid or feel anything less doesn't help with your credibility or ability to properly care for patients. Just makes you look like a jerk in a white coat TBH. She asked about my profession (not having anything to do with the treatment or care of my child) after I had told her about my child's symptoms and vitals. She also indirectly questioned my education. Aside from the clinical staff being unsuccessful poking my child twice trying to start an IV and multiple attempts to get a proper EKG reading, she was the most unpleasant part of the visit. Side note: she billed my insurance for something she did NOT perform on my child. What a joke.
