I can't say enough about Dr. Barnettshe is one of the most kind, compassionate, thorough physicians I have ever encountered. Baystate is lucky to have herother physicians could learn from her,..bedside manner and how to treat a patient. Her office staff are wonderful!

Good experience the nurses and my doctor were so nice and listened very carefully to me and also DID NOT laugh or judge me for anything whatsoever and did their best to help me so most uptight respect for the team

A little rushed. Had sent the Dr a letter-but said she didn't have it. When done, I was left sitting in office finally having to ask someone if I was done and free to leave.
