Dr. Michelle Lea Bradley, DO

I went in for an appointment after being referred by my Sports medicine doctor. I never got to Michelle Bradley. The office staff was nice enough. They said the right words and went through the appropriate motions. My appointment was at 12:45pm. I arrived at 12:20pm. I am from out of town, but am established as a patient in MI per an ER visit at Beaumont Grosspointe (which I explained). The office staft asked for my insurance card. I explained I didn't have a hard copy, pulled it up online, one of the ladies said, "Oh we can take that," indeed every other doctor's office had including my referring physician whose office just happed to be closed until 1:00pm. Marlena refused to take the online verification and requested a hardcopy be faxed. I called a friend and asked her to fax it, she received a confirmation the fax went through. I also submitted a fax request through an online fax provider that fax failed three times. At 1:00pm I called the referring physician's office… which was two driveways down, and the young lady indicated they could fax it over and Marlena then refused to accept the fax. She took me through all those changes unnecessarily then thought I was going to reschedule. I most certainly did not. I went to see Dr. Sidhu, around the corner at St. Clair Orthopedic and Sports Medicine where they were much nicer! And the lady took my member number, group number and claims address which is all they needed.
