Dr. Michelle Jay Brandhorst, MD

If you don't like being listened to by your primary care physician, don't go to this lady. I just went to my very first appointment ever with this doctor and all they cared about was that I wasn't going to ask for a controlled substances. I went to go get a check up an annual checkup and I'm having symptoms that I'm really concerned about and she dismissed every one of them. I told her I had the covid vaccine and started having symptoms from it and side effects and she's looked at me and said no you didn't no it's not from the covid shot. The lady did not listen to a word I said she didn't order any tests for me to get checked out and just sent me on my way to follow up in 3 months. What a quack!!!

It would seem her patient load prohibits her from listening to her patients and causes her to downplay the severity of an injury. I will be looking to change to another primary care physician after being forced to deal with pain I had no cause to do. Good Riddance, Dr. Brandhorst!

I have never been to her office and seen anyone rude or disrespectful. The staff has always been pleasant, friendly and helpful. Dr. Brandhorst is excellent. Always concerned about others well- being. I have used her for years. Wouldnt go anywhere else.

My husband and I had our first visit with Dr. Brandhorst today. She was so friendly ,kind and made us feel welcomed. Was interested in what we had to say.In the begining she asked what could she do for us.So considerate. The Staff was very polite helpful in all things. We would refer anyone to go to Dr. Brandhorst.

I’ve been going here since my son started school and Michelle Brandhorst is the best doctor I’ve ever seen. She always asks how I’m doing and give me helpful tips to better myself. She’s a very caring person. The nurses are wonderful and I’ve only ever had one nurse that “confused me” to put it nicely but only ever saw him once so good.

SHE HAS GOT TO BE ONE OF THE MEANEST DOCTORS I HAVE EVEN SEEN. SHE TOLD ME THAT MY CHRONIC BACK PAIN AND MY HIP PAIN WAS DUE TO ME BEING OVER WEIGHT AND TO DO YOGA AS MY TREATMENT AND THIS WAS MY 3RD VISIT FOR THE SAME ISSUE IN A 8TH MONTH PERIOD AND FINALY I GOT A NEW PRIMARY CARE PHYSICIAN AND HE ORDERED A XRAY FOR ME AND TURNS OUT I HAVE SCOLIOSIS AND SEVERE DEGENERATIVE DISK DISEASE. HORRIBLE BED SIDE MANNOR. I WOULDNT REFERE ANY ONE TO THAT OFFICE EVER. RECEPTIONIST ARE RUDE AS WELL. TREAT YOU LIKE SOME KIND OF SCUM OFF THE STREETS. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME GOING THERE , PLENTY OF OTHER DR.S THAT WILL HAVE YOUR BEST INTEREST AT HEART.

The office staff is EXTREMELY rude and inconsiderate. The nurse acts like she would rather be at home in bed and Dr. Brandhorst has the worst bedside manner I have ever had with a doctor. My diagnosis was to do yoga or pilates for the lightheadedness I am experiencing. I have found a new primary CARE doctor. I do not recommend her or the office!

The Dr. is GREAT! She's so nice that I have been ignoring the fact that her staff is rude. They act like the patient is stupid they usually only have this attitude over the phone. I have had enough of it!! They love to argue with you and talk to you like your stupid. If you want a good doctor Brandhorst is but beware of the STAFF if you plan to call.

I have not yet seen Dr Brandhorst, however I was interested in doing so. Called officeand was on hold for over 30 mins two separate times.. Jackie hung up on me twice and not sure the other two that hung up on me. It's a shame the Doctor has to lose patients because her office staff is HORRIBLE!!!!!!!!!!!!
