Very expensive office rates. Does not return phone calls when there is a problem Medical. Some of the staff members are very rude.

My family doctor left without notice and I was given dr bretzius as a replacement. I have been struggling with kidney infections stones and enlarged prostate after being released from the hospital withe the most recent kidney infection I was supposed to follow up with primary dr within 2 days and have repeated testing to monitor my situation dr bretzius put me off for 7 days and when i did finaly get seen she refused to do any testing and told me it would be a waste of my insurance companys money. So I wont be going back

Dr Bretzius really cares about her patients and takes the time to let them know that!

Dr Bretzius is by far the best Dr I have had in a long time. She actually talks to you and listens to your concerns

I saw Dr. Bretzius on Wednesday morning. I knew I had strep throat as I know what it feels like and my son was at the doctor and diagnosed with it 2 days earlier. I told her I was confident I had strep throat, I basically just needed her to confirm it and prescribe an antibiotic. She refused and insisted that there was no way I had strep throat. Her final diagnosis...the common cold! So I was sent away with strep throat, got worse overnight, so much worse and in so much pain I could barely move my neck. First thing in the morning, I went to MedExpress, they swabbed me and guess what....strep throat! This doctor was so arrogant and sure of herself instead of listening to me, her patient.....and she was wrong! If you can't accurately diagnose something pretty simple like strep throat then I have no confidence in that person as a doctor.
