Michelle Breyfogle, MD

Michelle Breyfogle, PMHNP-BC, is a board-certified psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner at 2nd Chance Treatment Center, serving Queen Creek and Gilbert, Arizona, as well as the surrounding rural communities in Phoenix. Having worked in the psychiatric setting since 2013, her passion and love for treating mental health concerns have motivated her to treat and advocate for a variety of patients from diverse backgrounds across the lifespan.Michelle strives to build a therapeutic partnership with each patient to understand who they are and their goals for their health and life. Her priority is aimed at decreasing suffering and promoting wellness. Michelle seeks to help provide hope for patients as well as educate them on their options and ways of optimizing their health and well-being.Michelle graduated from Mesa Community College with a Nursing Degree then continued on to graduate from Grand Canyon with her Bachelor's degree. Wanting to add to her ability of skills to assist …patients, she graduated from Walden University with a Master's degree to be able to have full prescriptive authority.In her spare time, Michelle enjoys spending time with her family and three rescue dogs. She loves food, the outdoors, house projects, staying physically active, and traveling.
