I have used Dr Bricker for about 15 years for pain management. She is great. I’ve never had any issues and I’m very pleased with the results.

First of all, my first appt with her was at 10 am. I got into the exam room at about 11:15 where I then waited another 45 minutes for her to come in. Not only did she spend maybe 5 minutes with me, but she made it seem as though my injury was my fault. Not so. I was referred by a surgeon so you would think that she would've know why I was there to see her but she didn't and I had to explain myself. She told me briefly about injections and I explained that I didn't feel very comfortable with that but that I would check with my insurance to figure out price. I did that and found out how expensive they are until you meet your deductible. I then ran out of medication so I called her office and spoke to someone there that acted as though she could care less and also informed them that I could not afford the shots as of right now. 2 days went by and I heard nothing back. So I called again and spoke to the same rude lady and she informed me that she would refill my medication, but only 1… time and was sending me back to my surgeon. Pain management? I think not. All she wants is for people to get her risky, expensive shots or else se wants nothing to do with you. I told my doctors office about this and they are currently investigating. Do not waste your time with this woman. She is terrible!

Have seen this Dr for 3 yrs. Just wish she was a little more friendly. Rarely see a smile and I think in pain therapy you want to see a friendly , comforting doctor. Just saying

She acts as if she could care less about you. She acts like she is way too busy for you and you are a pain in the butt to her. Not a good personality! You will feel like you are being scolded by her when she speaks to you!! She absolutely never smiles!

I was referred to her for lumbar injections for a herniated lumbar disk. My regular doctor sent specific orders to have me put under with general anesthesia. When I went to get the injections she completely disregarded this order. A nurse had mentioned to me that I would not be put under with general anesthesia. I mentioned this to her and she was very anoyed
