Michelle Brook is a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of Pennsylvania with 5 years of experience in the mental health field. She has worked in a variety of inpatient and outpatient settings with children, young adults, and adults. Her goal is to make each client that walks through the door feel heard, supported, validated, and understood. Michelle specializes in the treatment of depression, anxiety, grief, life transitions, self-esteem, trauma, and much more. Michelle completed her Master of Science in Counseling Psychology at Holy Family University. She utilizes a variety of treatment approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Mindfulness, Motivational Interviewing (MI), Solution-focused brief therapy (SFBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and many more.
