Dr. Michelle Marie Cabrera, MD

This isn’t a review of the doctor, because I unfortunately was not able to meet with her even though I had an appointment for six months. Like another reviewer here, I was told that I was given notice that Dr. Cabrera was canceling my appointment a couple days before hand. I did not get that message. So, when I arrived at the office, it was closed but one of the office workers let me in and explained what happened. I can understand if there was one foul up, and a patient didn’t get a notice or honestly, it may have been my error. Thankfully, at the time, they had made an appointment for me and their nurse practitioner, which was to be two weeks later. I was grateful because I definitely needed to see a doctor as soon as possible. Lo and behold, I come the day of the appt and I spoke to the actual office worker who set up the appointment for me, and she says it’s not in the schedule!! I had driven twice to this office and have not seen anyone remotely available to see me as a patient!… This office is a joke and it’s harming the business. No apology for either foul up. I wouldn’t want to see anyone for this office as the front office is so bad, it’s a reflection on the practitioners. It is not OK for women driven business to treat female patients this way. I am so disappointed in the staff and I think their bosses and should be too. The terrible way the staff handles the patients is building a bad reputation based on these reviewers alone. They need to do way better for their patients! If you’re looking for an office that works to help patients, move on! Look elsewhere for care!
