Dr. Michelle Lee Cantu, MD

I have been seeing Dr. Cantu for years. I love the office atmosphere. The front desk staff is very friendly. Dr. Cantu spends the needed amount of time with me. She is friendly, kind, and a very skilled professional. I trust her completely.

The office here are the worst, they dont answer the phone, dont call back, Dr.Cantu doesnt sign off of medication until days later if not the next week for her patients with mental health problems. Just not the way to work. Get some new office people and work ethic “Dr” Cantu.

As i stated her office staff is terrible. They don’t answer the phone, dont call back, and are rude when you finally get through. And to make it worst Dr.Cantu doesnt fill the scripts. I shouldnt have to wait for my medication for mental health over the weekend when it was sent to her a thursday morning. Very upset.

Been a patient for just over 3 years. Portal works best for communication and office staff is always helpful and returns phone calls within a reasonable time. No complaints here!

This office is the absolute worst when it comes to getting a prescription called in. The office staff lies and tells you it was called in when it never was.

We have experienced nothing but frustration with this clinic. They do not return phone calls, the rarely answer the phone and when they do, the staff if rude. Getting refills called in CORRECTLY is impossible. If they get called in at all, they are at the wrong pharmacy, in the wrong town, or in the wrong amounts. In the office, the front desk is rude. Once I stood outside window for 10 minutes while the receptionist was on a personal phone call.

I thought those with mental illness tend to let ourselves physically go when we need the psychiatrist? Wrong!!! There is a lazy, slouchy male at the front desk that doesn't have an ounce of customer service. Then on the other spectrum is a senior citizen woman that never smiles or looks up to greet you. If it wasn't for the other 2 young females, the office would have to close their doors. PA Keith gets business done and he is much appreciated.

My insurance company gave me this doctors information and told me that they had crisis appointments for my 12 yo daughter. I called on a Monday and left a message with office. Office message states that call back can take 48 hours. After no return phone call I called again and left another message Thursday morning. It is now the following Tuesday with no phone call. It’s a shame that something as simple as a phone call can’t be done. Especially during a crisis. I will make sure to give my insurance some feedback on this physician.

She is amazing listens treats you with dignity and respect.

Dr Cantu doesn’t care about her patients and doesn’t return messages after recommending the portal. Stuff is great but seems to be getting a second staff person often . There’s been one young lady who has stuff with her for many years and i love talking with her but Dr Cantu needs to work on returning messages. Other then that everything is good.
