Dr. Michelle Carrillo-Massa, DO

I have been with Dr. Massa for 6 years now. She is an amazing doctor and person. She has always been there for me whenever I needed her. She is kind and treats me like a person, not another number. I feel so comfortable with her and refuse to ever see another dr ever again. Highly recommend her!!

I have seen this doctor two times for check ups. Then when I got sick, she could not see me, they wanted me to come 3 MONTHS after!!! She is not serious doctor, will not be there when you need her but when it fits her schedule. I think she has reduced hours or something but if your PCP cant see you when you are ill, why bother?

Doctor, office staff and the office itself are unlike any other. EVERYONE treats you with kindness and respect. The office is relaxing and full of positive energy. EVERYONE is helpful, supportive and caring. Best place to be if you want to get well and stay well!!!

The Dr. is consulting with the patient nursing a crying baby, in a hurry, barely looked at my blood work, did not listen when I told her about my hormones, a mess there. Her husband is the baby sitter and he did try but the baby is a baby. No nurse, assistant. The Dr. refuses to return my money. I am complaining with the Doctors Licensing Dept.

She is very thorough and detail-oriented. Listens to symptoms and takes her time with you.

Dr. Massa is warm and attentive, ready to listen and help you solve your problem. The vitamin supplement she prescribed for me made an amazing difference in how I felt. She is what functional medicine is all about.

She is the best I have seen in years! Only regret is that I didn't find her earlier.
