Dr. Michelle Dee Conger, DO

Horrible person Refused medications and told us to leave and never come back to clinic. She should be FIRED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Dr. Conger shows concerns at first, but after tests and lab work, she begins to tune out your health. When I asked why did her staff call to say the test said opposite of what she was saying, she couldn't provide a direct answer. Follow up visits, tests and lab work felt like a waste of time and money. I don't recommend this "physician" to anyone.

I waited months for a follow up. Michelle was sick when I was finally seen. My pain has manifested and I am positive that I need a doctor who truly listens to my symptoms.

Dr. Conger has been my primary for 21yrs in Las Vegas. I followed her from the Diagnostic Center to currently Southwest Medical. I love her. She is warm, patient, and very knowledgeable in her profession. And, if you need tests, therapy or any other medical guidance beyond her expertise, she doesn't leave you hanging. She will get a specialist for you and do it STAT, if necessary. I always feel better physically and emotionally after I leave my appointments with her.

Dr. Conger has joined Southwest Medical Associates and is in the Durango office. I think she is great. Have been seeing her for more than 15 years.

If they'd answer the phone in person once in awhile they'd be perfect.

Cant ever seem to get a call back from the Nursing staff at DCOM

She is mean and nasty and doesn't listen to her patients needs .. GO somewhere else

Instead of a rant, I'll be brief. Dr. Conger and her staff are fine enough in person, but the quality of communication over the phone is very poor, e.g., relaying that there were abnormal test results but refusing to elaborate after repeated requests, and then not allowing a follow up appointment for a month after the call. Her practice deprives patients of their health information and is not concerned about this.
