Went to see this doctor to get my antidepressants switched. She got mad at me when I told her I didn't have any issues with spending/drinking and told me "you MUST be addicted to something" Proceeded to sell me what I think was an MLM scam product to replace my antidepressants and told me to stop taking them.

I was verbally abused by this doctor, refused service, after seeing her for couple of years, out of no where, and hung up on. When asked for a referral and my patient file, she told the receptionist, to tell me no for both. This is not right...I started to see her for my Thyroid!

For those without insurance this is the place you can afford that will treat you like a first class citizen. Dr Kuster and her receptionist , Kathy, are amazing. Their quick immediate response to a first time client was astounding. I was sick with influenza the day after Christmas. I couldn't breath, pain everywhere with spiking temperatures. The last time I was this sick (over a weekend) I ended up in the hospital for 6 hours with a $3600 bill. At All Access Care, I made an appointment, and was seen without waiting! The visit was caring and the cost was $80 plus my meds (which were $90). To be making health care decisions based on whether or not you have an extra $10 can be embarrassing which makes being sick that much harder. You tend to wait too long in hopes you will get better on your own. Dr. Kuster gets it. She is obviously not in it for the money. Thank you., Dr. Kuster, for seeing the need of those who are uninsured and being willing to meet it.
