Michelle was kind during my first few appointments, but my experience changed toward the end. During a recent appointment, I was diagnosed with a serious condition that runs in my family, and I felt unheard and unsupported. When I asked for clarification about my test results, I received a condescending response from the nurse about needing time to review them, despite already understanding the typical 72-hour review period. I was hoping for compassion given the circumstances, but instead felt dismissed. Additionally, during a virtual appointment, she accepted the call while driving, which felt unprofessional. Overall, I left feeling disappointed and unsupported during a vulnerable time. I have since then moved on to a healthcare provider that better supports my needs.
