Summary
Life can be extremely difficult to navigate at times and the last two years had an impact on us all. It can seem impossible to deal with life stressors and escape from the overwhelming feelings of anxiety or depression. I help people recover from traumatic experiences rather it be difficult childhood or abuse. I can help guide your mental health journey and together we can learn to manage what life throws at you.
In 2010 I graduated Defiance College with my Bachelors of Science and in 2015 with my Masters in Applied Social Science from Case Western Reserve University. Now as s Licensed Independent Social Worker (LISW). I have been working in Community Mental Health for the past 12 years. I primarily work with teens and adults experiencing anxiety, depression, ADHD, PTSD, trauma.
