I have been seeing Dr. Germaine for two years. She is a wonderful Doctor, totally professional, and answers any questions you have. She always takes the time out to do so.I recently had a procedure and she called me as soon as she got the results, instead of waiting for my follow-up appointment. This type of caring Doctor is rare.

Misdiagnosis despite a year of treatment and multiple visits.

After contacting the office THREE times over 10 days to request a prescription refill, I finally spoke to a real person who told me it had been too long since my last appointment to refill without another exam. Apparently, no one could bother to call me after my first message to let me know.

While trying to make an appointment is very trying, it is worth it in the long run. Dr. Germain has caught and treated every problem in plenty of time. I never have any unanswered questions when I leave her office.

Dr. Germaine is knowledgeable about her profession and her confidence put me at ease about her diagnosis, and took time to explain the pros and cons. She was highly recommended to me by another previous patient of hers, and I have not experienced anything differently.

Wonderful doctor with a real caring for her patients. She makes you feel at ease unstantly. She explains everything in detail so that you can understand. I would highly recommend her to any women at any time.

It clearly indicates that she does Ob & Gyno but when I called and tried to make an appointment they turned me down by saying Dr. Germain Michelle M. doesn't do Ob.If she doesn't do Obstetrics she should remove the title.Very dissatisfied!

Saw Dr Germain for complaints of pain; Dr Germain was caring and thoughtful and was able to diagnose problem (after several others were unable to pinpoint problem). Dr Germain treated problem with need for surgery (after several others reported surgery was only option)

Dr. Germain left me waiting in the exam room for over 2 hours, and then wasn't able to preform the procedure i was scheduled for. She was exceptionally rude and talked about me behind to door to other nurse about my pmh and made assumptions that wern't true! I WOULD NEVER EVER RECOMMEND HER TO ANYONE.
