Summary
Dr. Michelle Grosleib
I love to get to know my patients, and chat about their lives. My motherly instincts bring out the most compassionate and caring part of me, which allows me to be patient, understanding and supportive to anxious adults and children. I am proud and honored to have the trust and confidence from my patients. I never take for granted how difficult it is for some patients to allow themselves to relax in the dental chair. I feel empowered and fulfilled when my most anxious patients leave with a smile and give me the thumbs up!
Education and Continuing Education
For my formal education, I attended the University of California, San Francisco, which is a top-ranked school. I graduated top in my class.
Taking continuing education is an integral part of broadening my scope of knowledge. Courses I have taken include cosmetic procedures, restorative dentistry, periodontal therapy, implant restorations and ClearCorrect invisible orthodontic braces. My commitment to continuing …education encompasses not only lifelong learning for myself, but also my passion for giving instruction to others.

Helping Others
Dentistry includes everything that I love about life: taking care of others, cutting edge medicine, creativity and hands-on treatment, and meeting fascinating people. I thrive to be the best and most approachable dentist I can be. I believe that the treatment planning session is a two-way street. I love to educate and include my patients in the decision making process.
With children, I believe in the long-term, lifetime positive associations with dentistry. I believe that children deserve the respect of being told what to expect in a creative and playful manner. I have seen some children grow from scared and confused three-year-olds to confident older children who had to have extensive dental care, but no longer feel threatened. We listen and learn from each other every day. With patience, positive reinforcement and a little imaginative distraction, the sky is the limit!
Family and Community
I grew up in Valley Village, and currently live 15 minutes away from our office, in Burbank. My husband is Dr. James Grosleib, and we were high school sweethearts. We have a beautiful smart and creative little girl. She is my pride and joy. She’s my heart. When I'm not working, I enjoy spending time with my family, leisure walks on the beach, reading, snorkeling and fine dining.
I strive to be a part of the community, and do so by offering underserved individuals the ability to obtain dental care. I also participated in Give Kids a Smile, where children receive free dental screening. I have received an award for the most-attended student at the community dental clinic at UCSF, where I served homeless patients. I spent months at a community dental clinic in Eureka and worked with top surgeons at the San Francisco General Hospital Oral Surgery department where I provided care to the underserved.
