Dr. Michelle Mengtao Guo, DDS

Appointments always started on time. We were able to get an appointment within a week or two of calling as a new patient, for a routine visit. The gentleman at the front desk was excellent and exceptionally professional at conveying information and tracking down our previous X-rays that did not arrive before our appointment. Dr Guo seem to be meticulous in the care she provided. A different practice had recommended some expensive procedures that did not seem necessary to me. Dr. Guo did not seem to think this was necessary, although in truth, I did really improve my dental hygiene between the two appointments. Fillings, and tooth extraction were all pain-free. The hygienists seem to do a thorough job with no pain.

The facility is clean, staffs are nice but most importantly she has the latest knowledge. When my daughter was treated by an orthodontist she told us the treatment plan was not optimal. When we changed to another orthodontist it turned out that she was right, and she is not an orthodontist.

Visit Dr. Guo's office once, she is very nice and easy-going. The staff in the office is also very friendly.
