Told my my symptoms don't exist, suggested I had an STI, and then jumped to offering sterilization. My fury burns years later. No exam, no advice, absolutely no help from this provider.

I was in the emergency for entire evening 7pm -11pm. Throughout the whole time DR Mendoza came in for 30 seconds, to say that I have appendicitis and I'll be having laparoscopic surgery in the am. No further explanation, no alternatives or options were offered. Got annoyed and frustrated when I started asking question and left saying she would have the surgery staff come talk to me. For the pleasure of suffering my presence I was charged $800+. Horrible bedside manner! Did not seem to care either way.

This clinic is a waste of time and money. I went there for bc refill. I went to the pharmacy to pick it up and when I got home I had the generic of it. Called the doctor and they blamed the pharmacy. Called the pharmacy and they blamed the clinic. I got over it and told them to send the brand bc. I go to the pharmacy to pick it up, and it was the generic again! What is the Dr.'s problem?! I clearly said NO GENERIC. I told them I was getting terrible side effects and they still did it!! Now im past due on my bc and called the clinic and they said "oh we will take care of it when our clinic closes because we're too busy" um..excuse me? I am already wasting money since my insurance will not cover cause I am not due, since I wasted money for 3 months on generic ones. This is happening because of them and I don't have the whole day to go and get it when "you're not busy" This clinic was nothing but headaches. Never going back

Very unprofessional, we went to her office throughout the entire pregnancy and she was only available once, the other times we were seen by the intern. The one time she saw us she gave us the wrong gender, that was not the problem the problem was that she was so sure about the gender which messed up all of our planning.

I would make the first appointment in the morning and she was usually late because of rounds at the hospital or delivery which didn't bother me much because she might be late for other people when it was my turn to deliver.

She keeps a great kindness to her, and a great smile and doesn't insult you about your weight or etc. Like some doctors do when your overweight, Great all around
