Please do everything you can to keep Dr. Happenny! She is absolutely incredible! She is and has always been so gentle and cautious with me. Every time I come into the office (vs virtual) I fear doctors a little less. She is so extremely patient with me and it can show. I cannot express how much it means to have such a kind provider, because having complex medical conditions is already hard enough, Dr Happenny is always willing to help and try! She is the gem of Swedish, please be nice to her!!

Dr. Happeny is always very attentive and has answers and remedies (solutions) to ease my concerns. The front desk is always welcoming and is aware of your time waiting to be seen, letting you know you're not forgotten.

Really listens. Responds quickly to my mychart questions and gives thorough explanations and answers.

Dr. Happenny allows me to participate in my medical care. She listens and acknowledges my concerns and works with me to find solutions. I never feel dismissed by her as I do with most other medical providers.

My provider listened to me intently about my health problems and ordered many lab tests and X-rays pertaining to them. Her office called me the next couple of days with the results asking me to repeat the lab test in one month.

She is great on addressing the issues I'm facing.
