Dr. Hephner is such a kind, professional & caring Doctor. Any Dr. she has referred me to see in the CDH/NW system has been absolutely wonderful. I have nothing but compliments for her as a Doctor. The BEST!!!!

Dr. Hephner is the best doctor I have seen in a while. She's the first doctor I have found that I feel takes the time to listen to me and not rush me out the door. Glad to have found her!

I have seen Dr. Hephner twice now, one time for mental health condition. I didn't know if i should bother with a family practitioner over a mental health specialist but she was easy to talk to and started me on a treatment. She talked with me about my options and gave helpful advice. I didn't feel rushed or my problem dismissed. I also felt like i was given a say in my treatment and that she really listened. I'm glad to have found a doctor that I will stick with.

My now 2 year old daughter and myself went to Dr. Hephner's office as Medicaid patients. We were her patients for around 2 years. We were always treated with respect. The staff and doctor are the best I've ever encountered and I wish I could continue seeing her as our primary physician but we have relocated out of the area.

AMAZING AMAZING AMAZING! VERY KIND AND GENTLE BUT ALSO VERY PROFESSIONAL. SHE IS EXTREMELY SMART, TAKES ALL INFORMATION & PERFORMS NEEDED EXAMS, BLOOD WORK, ETC. SHE DOES NOT JUST GUESS OR GIVE PATIENTS WORRY FOR NO REASON. SHE HAS AN EXCELLENT BEDSIDE MANNER AND IS NOT A DOCTOR WHO RUSHES THROUGH YOUR VISIT. SHE TAKES TIME TO ADDRESS ALL OF YOUR QUESTIONS AND CONCERNS. SHE IS A GOD SENT AND I AM SO HAPPY WE FOUND HER!

I think that Dr. Hephner is really an amazing doctor. She has a very sweet and gentle manner, and is very relational. She is also extremely skilled at diagnosing and treating acute and chronic conditions.She has treated all of my ailments: from the common cold, to an ear infection, to my hypothyroidism.I feel very blessed to have found a doctor who is able to care for me and who cares about me.
