Dr. Michelle Lynn Fox, MD

I moved to this area a little over a year ago, this was the only pediatric office I had heard of at the time so I brought my three kids here. Over the year I have gotten more and more fed up with every time I would call if one of my children were sick they would tell me take them to urgent care they never ever have sick appointments open. Then my youngest had a well check up with the new doctor they hired here and was sick that day also the lady tried to mis diagnose my daughter and if I didn’t know medical I would not have caught on. I even had to tell the doctor what was wrong with my child and what kind of medicine she would need.(I worked in hospitals prior to moving.) Fast forward about 2 weeks from that appointment to yesterday my oldest had an appointment with Dr.Fox(Hess) as soon as she walked in the room she was rude and did not even wanna be bother with it my 1 yr old had been following her sister around since we walked in the office and had went and sat next to her when my… oldest sat on the exam table. Dr.Fox (Hess) is then going to raise her voice ag my one year old about it not being her being seen that she needs to move so she could hurry up and just get this exam done with! What 1yr old would under stand that? Then through the appointment the doctor all though had a mask on I find this appalling she proceeded to cough in my daughters face through out the whole exam not turning her head or covering her mouth nothing and my daughter had no mask on because she had given her a tongue depressor that was flavored to put in her mouth. Once she was done the exam my youngest needed shots before we left so I let her down and she wanted to move the foot stool well when I told her no she is going to cry and the doctor then yelled at her and got aggravated she can not deal with children at all! On top of all of this she is going to lecture me because I’m pregnant that I need to receive the COVID vaccine and when I replied I am 27 and don’t feel there is enough research on it she is going to argue with me about my opinion. ( I support everyone’s own choice when it comes to the vaccine this is just my choice) So when she was going to leave they totally forgot my youngest had appointments for shots and told me you can leave go schedule and appoint for a year from now. For which I replied I would not be returning with my 3 children that at this point I have had enough told her again about the sick appoints to which she just looked at me, then said I was not comfortable with the new doctor and explained my concern to which she replied that I’m wrong she trust the other doctors judgements. Which is fine but I do not trust her after she Misdiagnosed my child I was there she was not. Then I said I can’t take how rude the office is the people who work the front and she had been rude since the second she walked in the office. To which she turned around and shirt the door again and asked me if I would like to repeat what I just said in a threatening manner so I looked at her and repeated that she had been rude since the second she walked in the exam room today. I will be reporting her today.

Tried to call and made a point that when you wait weeks of a month to call people back it's not okay . She got upset at me cruising . So I did report it . The medical board is putting her under investigation. None the less though. Everything's offense to her and she's been into deep water with the medical board a couple of times. Clearly she's to dumb to be a doctor . Ask another profession . But do not go to her .

Love the staff at this office. Dr Michelle is so good with the kids and they love her.

She wanted patients in the whole time she should have been closed ! She was illegally open doing the virus.

Went there recently for a visit and the staff was taking all the appropriate precautions and going out of there way to make it completely safe. Was so grateful.

My son who has has medical problems waited an hour . She comes out refusing to see us .

My two year old was scared of the one male doctor . We won't go back there again. After we told the Hesse's about it . They laughed at it .

She's not a very stable minded doctor . Can't play well with others . Especially those who dislike her and the way she acts in real life when you see her on break and after she's done with kids . Love how she talks trash about everybody like nobody knows or is gonna find out . Lol.

I just went for a visit with her with my two kids . The entire time seeing her terrified them . This woman has her picks of favorites and non. It's not high school . It's your job .

Years ago she use to be a bully. Get online and bully people . As a doctor she gotten worse .
