My son saw her for about a year for anxiety and ADD. We loved her!

After only 3 visits, I am not insecure anymore! I no longer cry when I see myself in the mirror! She is DEFINITLEY a miracle worker!!

She is the best psychiatrist I have ever been to! She is so nice and understanding! Her staff are so hard-working and helpful! I would recommend her to anyone!

I have been doing to Dr. Hubner for a while and she is a great doctor, but it seems like every time I call or go in for an appointment, a lot of her staff are very unpleasant and short. I understand people can have bad days, so I try to be polite and friendly, but they still are quite rude. I know this isn't Hubner's fault as I'm sure she didn't hire all the staff herself, but I think a lot of them need an attitude check. This is a psychiatry office where a lot of people are suffering from different mental disorders. A kinder touch can mean a lot for someone that's really struggling.

I am not one for being labelled something for me to actually have even shown up for an appt meant I had been exhausted and curious to a professional opinion. I was impressed with the detail and length she went through with me to help alleviate my concerns with being diagnosed with ADHD/ADD. She convinced me to at least trying the medication (at the time costing me 50.00 a mo and I am broke, plus 100.00 per visit to her) by her words and options. "Smart people don't get noticed." was the key to helping me realize and since I am able to recognize the issues better and the meds, well it was like a light switch to another world. And I don't even like to take an aspirin until really necessary. Her staff however, lacked kindness. I don't think I even saw them smile at any visit. Plus, I had not dealt with Dr.'s much because I have rarely been sick and never had insurance until this time in my life. I moved and had no clue that the remaining balance was not paid by Insurance. When I… called after another relocationI attempted to see her again. I found out there was a balance. They couldn't even explain why they never sent an invoice. One lady stood in the background telling someone what to tell me on the phone instead of just getting on the phone. Poor management on the staff, hopefully that has changed. Overall, I do still recommend her but just don't expect kindness or help/instruction from the staff.

Dr. Hubner is an excellent doctor with valuable insight and an endearing personality. On the other hand, her office staff and office practices are deplorable. Grumpy, angry people behind the window. Cannot get through on the phone to talk to anyone. Horrible messages on their answering machine (e.g., "if you press zero to speak to someone you'll be charged $75 that is not billable to your insurance"). The message says they're closed during office hours. I called for 3 days straight at all times of the day to try and reschedule an appointment - it goes on and on. It's too bad such an outstanding doctor is not visible behind such a horrible office staff.

Dr. Hubner was very good the first few times i was there. Then it became obvious it was all about the money. The staff are so unfriendly and unprofessional. I called to make an appt after i had not been there for a year. The receptionist was so rude and put me on hold for at least 10 minutes. When she came back she said we cannot accept you back because of too many no shows. This is absolute lies, I never had an appt I didnt show up for. I am so disappointed in dr hubner, to allow this is just proof she cares nothing about her patients.

EVERY TIME I CALL THE OFFICE I GET A RECORDING. THEN I DIAL ZERO FOR THE OPERATOR, THEN I'M PUT ON HOLD TO WAIT UNTIL SOMEONE CAN TELL ME THE PERSON I NEED TO TALK TO IS WITH A PATIENT. THEY TAKE MY NUMBER AND EITHER CALL ME FIVE HOURS LATER OR I CALL THEM FRUSTRATED. MY CHILD WAS PUT ON A NEW MEDICATION AND DID NOT HAVE A GOOD OUTCOME FROM IT. I COULDN'T GET THE DOCTOR TO SPEAK TO ME, ONLY THROUGH MANY CALLS AND TIME DID I GET ANY KIND OF ANSWER AS TO WHAT TO DO. I HAD TO SPEAK WITH AN ASSISTANT GO BETWEEN. I WAS ALWAYS TOLD THE ASSISTANT OR THE DOCTOR WERE WITH PATIENTS.

By far best psychiatrist I have seen. She really cares about her patients. She is a very bubbly and friendly person. Usually doctors are straightforward and don't show much emotion. She is definitely fighting to make her patients lives better!
