The doctor nurse and all support staff are extremely rude!

The staff surrounding this doctor is so rude and callous. Do NOT ever go there. Find any other doctor. When the nurse learned my insurance was out of network she did not try to help me at all. I may have wished to pay the out of network but she did not even ask. She just started giving me other doctors. And the appointment desk people are even worse. Horrible doctor!

I am so happy I changed to Dr Michelle Jackson she is one of the most caring Physicians I've ever seen in my life I will never change from her care caring Physicians I have ever seen in my 72 years of life I will never change from under her care I recommend her to anyone and everyone that needs a good caring understanding doctor

I love Dr.Jackson and her staff. Her nurse Shelonda in Phenomenal. She is so caring and understanding. I spoke with her about some concerns and she called me back when promised with some answers. That is hard to find in the medical field these days.

Doesn't take time to explain anything. Called the office 7 times in one day only to get a recording and can't even leave a message. All you get is "call 911" if you have an emergency, otherwise wait 10 minutes and call again!. She prescribed two prescriptions but when I went to the pharmancy to pick up, only one was called in and it was NOT my blood pressure medicine, which is the one needed. Have changed to another physician due to the lack of care and ill managed practice.

I've been seeing Dr. Jackson on and off for about 15 years. She's is a good Internal Medicine doctor and doesn't mind treating for things that other Internal Medicine MDs or General Practitioners would normally refer you to specialty doctor. However, if you need to see a specialist, she will certainly refer you to someone else. I recently saw her for the first time in several years and felt that the service level at her office is not as good as it used to be. I waited for over an hour before I was seen. Also, she didn't spend as much time with me as she would have in the past. I felt that she addressed all of my concerns with this check-up, she seemed rushed. I believe because she is so trusted and respected, that she is now over-loaded with patients and can't spend the quality time with patients that she could have in the past.

Does not answer the phone on a regular basis. I DO NOT understand how a doctor's office thinks this is ok. Also, I have had high blood pressure for quite some time and the doctor does not think it needs to be treated

Dr. Jackson is fine, but it is the STAFF that is TERRIBLE! They have no sense of ownership in what they do.

calling office for refills and call backs not very prompt Some times either message overlooked or didn't receive message from patient, Call back never received at home or pharmacy.
