I've never been so glad a practice is closing. Waited 45 minutes to be seen less than 5. Rude and short tempered with patients. Focuses on one thing and dismisses you on anything not what she wants to see. Do NOT see her

Please please, do not go to this endocrinologist. Worst doctor, she spends no time with you. I have to get surgery now, because of her poor medical skills!

Doesn't coddle you tells you exactly what you need to know Excellent Dr Love her

I have always liked her warmth and professionalism. I also like that she does the thyroid scan in her office and get the results that appointment

Dr. Jardine is a disgrace. She's misdiagnosed my hyperparathyroid disorder and chose not to treat my diabetes. All she kept telling me was that my AC1 and PTH were "my normals" even though my symptoms were worsening. Her PA is no better, not to mention that her staff is rude. She is one of the worst doctors I have ever seen. Save yourself the trouble and find another doc.

Avoid this office at all cost. Staff and specialist are rude and not helpful. They do the bare minimum. Nobody references back to past charts. You will be laughed at for concerns you bring up. And if you have an emergency and ask to be seen prepared to be told to visit your local urgent care. If you care at all about your health go somewhere else. These doctors are negligent and unprofessional.

Right off the bat, the woman behind the desk was rude and impatient. My doctor was not in her database and she was totally unprofessional when she called their office to get more information. I had my labs faxed over and she made a big deal like it ruined her life to have to retrieve the fax... The nurse was extremely pleasant, no complaints about her. When I told Dr Y I was nervous about the appointment (I have a history of anxiety with doctors which I made clear) she insinuated I was probably on anti-depressants that I wasn't telling her about. She then laughed derisively when I was visibly upset and nervous. She was condescending listening to my concerns and visibly frustrated when I told her I did not want her examining me because I had already been to a specialist for the issue- I only wanted a consultation on my abnormal lab results. I will not return. I was completely uncomfortable and I don't feel that there was any compassion from anyone in that office- except the nurse.

This was my first and last visit to Dr, Jardine Waited 1/2 hour past my appt time in exam room, when she finally came in, she briefly listened to my concerns. (I was there for enlarged thyroid and nodules) I gave her CD of past Ultra sounds, she said she wasn't sure if she could utilize CD she would call for reports. She left the exam room and in came the nurse who drew my blood and said ok your done, you can go out front to schedule next appt. WHAT the Dr. was not going to discuss prior ultrasound results? Oh and I can call in a week or two for my blood results. Went out front to schedule next appt. and it was for another ultra sound in December.....Should have know by the 2 foot tall grass and dead bushes to turn around and find another Dr.

Note that to get answers or results from bloodwork that you will need to waste a lot of time chasing them down. Then excuses why after weeks and weeks they can't find your results. Horrible experience and staff and doctor do not care about their patients. To top it off, when I finally was given a prescription it was the wrong one! Never again
