A typical excellent routine checkup as always,

Dr.John and the staff are great. I appreciate that I can talk to Dr. John and she listens and involves me in my health care decisions.

Doctor Jon was very up to date on my previous surgery and my medications was impressed

Dr. John was very arrogant. She would not answer my questions. I asked for a 40 minute appointment so I could talk about problems I am in my late sixties. She demanded that we would only talk about one thing. I tried to tell her about some other issues she refused to address them. When I ask a question she would reply the problem is nothing so I had to seek out another doctor about the problem and they answered my question without any hesitation. I asked about another issue that I wanted a test for and her reply was how do you expect me to do that test. I asked if I should come back for another appointment and she said what for. She is very abrupt. I wanted some test done. Her reply was what for. I have two lady friends that have seen Dr.John in the past and they both refuse to see her again. They both told me to find a new doctor. I will never see her again and I will never recommend her. She is the worst doctor I have ever been to. I have tried to limit my appointments… with her because she makes me feel like I am wasting her time and I am not important. She should not be in practice. I have never been treated so bad in a doctors office as I have been treated in Dr. Michelle John's office.

I saw dr johns in lieu of my regular dr due to the time it would take to get in and i was in a lot pain. I understand a doctor's clinical bedside manner, but I felt very insignificant in her eyes. when I first saw her she looked kind and sweet and I thought I would like her right away . I was so wrong. I felt she thought she knew best but would begrudgingly address my request for certain tests. The old "well, I will order a test if that will make you feel better but I don't think you need the test" ...almost her words exactly. I was really glad I ignored her arrogance and went ahead with tests , they provided much needed insight. I hate to provide such a negative review but I hated my experience with her and wish to forwarn others. I am so done with doctors who act like this. Give me the test I want but leave your arrogant comments out of it, cause you were wrong.

dr john is wonderful. caring, efficient, and very knowledgeable.. we need to clone her for future doctors.

Dr. John is attentive and detail oriented. She is also personable and easy to talk to.

Dr John doesn't seem to care about the elderly in my opinion. She brushes old people off, and it takes forever for her to get back to a care facility, or you personally.i have a cousin in Chicago that has been in practice for over 30 yrs. I wish he was here ,but then we can't have it all! At least he calls after hrs and helps with your worries and get to the bottom of the real trouble. It seems like dr John dismisses old people's worries to ...we'll just being old.

I have been seeing Dr. John for 5 years now. She is very helpful and very personable. If she can not identify a problem, she sends me to a specialist. I highly recommend Dr. Michelle John.
