Dr. Michelle Wan Yee Lau, MD

Run, don't bring your kid to her, money hungry and will do anything to squeeze another buck from you, including things that are not best for your child. Appears very friendly and sweet yet always has her own agenda and does not deviate from it. I've fallen into her trap because of her "sweetness" like conduct with my kids. Would not recommend her to anybody, especially not CHILDREN who can't speak up for themselves if something is done unethically!!!! Just to give an example simple sealers are constantly fixed by her at every appointment, (which just have been placed less than a year ago, we had them redone 4 times already) and yes! that is no charge to me, yet they quickly bill the insurance for some money, and it's another one of those unnecessary treatments, I can go on and on about things that she would suggest or do just to get an extra payment from you!!! Switch if you can! Unfortunately ever since the main Dr. B. left the practice, its been going down the tubes.

Dr. Lau was refreshing to have as a provider. She was completely familiar with my chart and set up a plan to execute immediately. She was compassionate, but very straight forward and direct. Her staff were professional, knowledgeable and made me feel safe. I have never been ill and I initially had so many fears. Dr Lau and her staff helped abate those fears by being available. Dr. Lau comes highly recommended by me.

The wait time varies, but we have to understand, we need our time too for her to explain and answer all questions, so this should not be an issue for patients and family.

I was referred to Dr. Lau through my Primary Care Doctor. I was very happy the first meeting with Dr. Lau, Dr, Lau is very professional but is down to earth and friendly. When you go to the office and meet the staff you are treated as a family member, When I arrive for my appointment my wait time has not been more the 45 minutes most of the time within 30 minutes. MY treatment was done with concern, and love. Dr. Lau always would come in to say HI and ask how I was doing. For further treatment, I would certainly want Dr. Lau to be involved.

Dr. Lau is a caring, knowledgeable and dedicated physician. I highly recommend her.

Dr. Lau's manner throughout my treatment, from the shock of discovery to the completion of my oral medicine has been very even and caring. Each measured step was carefully taken not allowing me to get too far ahead of my treatment and not allowing me to get discouraged. No false hope but always positive. Everyone on the staff treated me with caring respect making the treatment process easily acceptable. I am looking forward to many years of future follow up visits!

Dr Lau takes the time to ensure you understand your medical conditional. Not only does she explain your medical condition, she is an excellent listener and takes the time to understand the patient's questions and concerns. I consider Dr Lau an excellent Doctor.
