Dr. Michelle M Louis, DO

Not concerned about her patients or their wellbeing, only wants to pad her invoice. Charging for stuff that is unnecessary and in some cases illegal. Wants a separate charge and extra office visit just to refill routine prescriptions. Would not recommend.

Dr. Louis and her staff are excellent. I always enjoy coming in.

A family member went to her and recommended her to me. At first she was very interested in my diagnosis. She helped a lot with medications, but when I didn't improve (which 70% of patients with my diagnosis do not) she lost interest. I didn't see her for the last 4 visits, just her RN. Also, she is supposed to be great at skin care but misdiagnosed both my and my family members skin cancers. Thank goodness we went elsewhere!!

Front desk receptionist has gotten better with her customer service but Dr. Louis and her nurse Ally have contradicted themselves countless times, don't bother to sit and talk with me concerning my health, and never follow up with me. First and worse Family Practice I've been to.

The worst experience with a doctor I have ever had. Nurses cute out but front desk staff rude as well .

Dr. Louis has been my family physician for 20 years. I have found her staff professional. Receptonist greets you the minute you enter the door. Ally has been Dr. Louis's nurse for as long as i have been her patient. The entire staff treats me with dignity and respect as I do them. With Dr. Louis, I feel very comfortable in talking about anything and she sits and actively listens. There isn't a more professional and caring physician. Thank you Dr. Louis.

Dr. Michelle Louis was recommended to me by a friend who's recommendation for ANYTHING I will never consider again. Louis & her staff have ZERO customer services skills. Every time I was in there they were all extremely short with me, acted like I was wasting their time & that I was a bother to them. Louis is very aggressive, lacks common sense, has no people skills whatsoever, & on my last visit she felt the need to mock me three times in the span of five minutes. At one point she asked me what I thought one of my test results might be, I'm not a professional doctor, I don't know the answers to these things,but I gave it my best guess. She laughed at me. She said, "have you seen you're chart?! That number isn't even possible!" Thanks for the encouragement, doc. Just what I need to jump on the treadmill. The ironic thing - the number I guessed was accurate. Louis's nurse, Ali, is just as bad. We played phone tag one afternoon - she asked me multiple times for the same… information & she asked me for information she already had in my chart & she absolutely insisted that I provide her with this information that was in my chart right in front of her face that I did not have access to. Her secretary is completely incompetent. When you go to schedule an appointment, instead of asking when you prefer or suggesting times or even offering what she has open, she throws her hands up in the air & says "we'll I don't know what time you want!" Here's a thought - ASK ME! Theyvtreat you like you are an insubordnant employee... they seem to have no clue that they are supposed to be providing a service. I am currently looking into reporting Louis & her staff to the ALMA, my insurance company, & whatever idiot state board approved her for her medical licence.
