Dr. Michelle B Mohageg, DO

I've been very happy with my doctor's at Health Care Partners till I was assigned Dr. Michelle Mohageg. She wan't focused. She didn't listen to me. She was contrary in conversation and told me that my desire to get a prescription for an anti-viral medication for herpes outbreaks wasn't necessary. Sorry but if the medication shortens or prevents the outbreaks I'd rather not be walking around with a sore on my face. She "forgot" to write prescriptions and under prescribed quantities of medications that I was paying for out of the network. I was taken back by the experience and changed doctors. My first time ever doing this.

The nurse was very nice, but I felt rushed by the doctor. When she walked in, no handshake. She didn't even know her nurse's name and referred to her as the nurse. She was the opposite of warm. I felt judged when she asked me the usual health questions because she gave me a look after some of my answers. She mostly just stared at the computer and typed everything and didn't ask questions to get to know me since this was my first time meeting her. (Like previous doctors have.) She rushed through the entire appointment and when I wanted to ask her more questions, she said she had to go to the next patient and said "next time." She also made me feel uncomfortable and didn't inform me of when I could put my clothes back on, it was a terrible experience and I will not be making appointments with her again.

I love Dr. Mohageg. She is always attentive and considerate of my choices and my plan for care. She takes all your concerns into account and makes you feel it was a joint effort and that you really matter. I have had to change jobs and no longer have Kaiser and miss her a great deal!

I have been going to this doctor for years, usually just for my yearly physcial. I love everything about her.She has a great personality, listens to what I have to say and always discusses with me any issues I have. She has never rushed to finish. Best primary doctor I ever had.
