Dr. Michelle Mon, MD

Dr. Michelle Mon is a board-certified surgeon with nearly 20 years of experience in general and vascular surgery. She is passionate about helping patients with venous disease, offering minimally invasive treatments that provide meaningful improvements in comfort, mobility, and quality of life.

Inspired by her mother, a nurse who instilled in her the importance of caring for others, Dr. Mon pursued medicine from an early age. She earned her undergraduate and medical degrees from the University of Iowa, where she also completed her general surgery residency. Over the course of her career, she has practiced at respected institutions including Lee Memorial Health System in Florida, St. Joseph Mercy Health System in Michigan, and Ascension St. Agnes Hospital in Maryland.

Dr. Mon has also held leadership roles such as Chief of Surgical Services and served as faculty for general surgery residency programs.
