Dr. Michelle Yvette Morrill, MD

Wow, hard to believe that these other reviews are about the same doctor I’m seeing. My initial contact with Dr. Morrill was by phone and she was very direct in her assessment of my problem. I guess it could be considered brusque. It was however, accurate.since then I have had a half dozen appointments and have found her to be warm and extremely caring, laying out all of my options and risks. She has a good sense of humor which is good in her line of work. I actually changed gynecologist and drive an hour and a half just to see her. Her staff are amazing too. I am scheduling a complicated procedure with her involving several different steps and her office went out of their way to make it easy for me. I imagine Dr. Morrill sees easily thousands of patients a year and most people only write reviews if they are really blown away or really disappointed. Please don’t let 4 negative reviews keep you from seeing this excellent doctor.

She is cold and thoughtless in her remarks but she knows a lot. My surgery was a success.

I was hesitant to leave this review since every person is different, and perhaps there were circumstances which made Dr. Morrill particularly brusque on the day that I saw her. But honestly, her behavior and bedside manner were deplorable. She began to talk down to me and downplaying my symptoms before she even began the exam -- she had a lot of assumptions that I didn't even need a specialist before performing any exam whatsoever. She even claimed that the referring doctor was 'looking for things.' Just because some symptoms cleared up in the MONTH that I spent waiting for the appointment doesn't mean that my pain wasn't real. Even her physical examination was unnecessarily quick and rough. My experience with Dr. Morrill made me leave Kaiser Permanente, permanently.

This doctor has the worst bedside manner of any doctor I've ever seen. She interrupts when patients talk and she is very cold and egotistical. Kaiser has great doctors and based on her reviews, I'm shocked that they keep her. I suggest seeing any doctor other than Dr. Morril unless you want to end up in tears because she is just that rude!

Absolutely awful. Discredited my symptoms and spoke down to me. Very bad bedside manner and very bad plan. Easily one of the worst doctors I've ever seen. She made me walk through a public area with just the bed cloth to wrap around myself because she didn't want to take the time to allow me to put pants back on -- I walked passed multiple men who were there with their wives, she is completely unprofessional, jaded and should not be in a customer facing role of any kind.
