Dr. Michelle Lynn Rockwell, MD

I’ve seen her twice now at urgent (it’s been a rough year). First time was a painless ‘oops’ and I still felt dismissed. Second time, I barely make it in after being bedridden for 4+ days and I’m still completely dismissed. She then proceeded to talk poorly about me to her colleagues after I told her I’ve tried her suggestions in the past without much luck and would like to explore other options. How does one work and take care of a 4yo on their back? Either way, she told me nothing else was going to work and to go to the ER next time. Ma’am this is what urgent care is for and why you’re getting PAID to be there. Maybe if she wasn’t so busy being @doctormommymd she could care about her patient’s well being and not just her social status.

This doctor was grossed out by hypopituitarism and it really inhibited the doctor patient relationship.

Dr. Napoli was very thorough and took the time to figure out the cause of my pain. She gave me a detailed plan on how to get back to my sport pain free and I am so grateful!
