Dr. Michelle Therese Quinn, MD

We took our 9 year old little girl to the emergency room and she was seen by Dr. Quinn. Our little daughter was feeling awful and in a good amount of discomfort. Dr. Quinn asked questions and took genuine concern in how my daughter was feeling. She performed a thorough neurological exam and gave us an honest assessment. She did not encourage unneeded testing and even hunted down a popsicle for our little girl. Yes, a doctor went out of her way, despite having a staff of nurses there, to go find a red popsicle for a little girl who felt awful and was scared. She won us over right there. A few days later I got a random phone call from a number I do not recognize...It was Dr. Quinn, calling to check in on our little girl. She even remembered it was her birthday coming up. What a talented professional and a true class act. We are thankful for physicians like her.

Took my Daughter in to the ER, and she was seen by Dr. Quinn. We all know that the 1 star ratings are a bunch of crap, and that sadly for Physicians, they have no control over what lunatics post on the interwebs. My experience was that Dr. Quinn was a consumate professional who was extremely patient with a 4 year old who couldn’t really tell her what was not feeling well. Lets face it, a trip to the ER is not exactly a “choose your doctor” type situation, however, be relieved if your Doc is Michelle Quinn, you will be in good hands.

I went last night to Broadview Hts Emergency room after 4 days having severe low back pain. I'm a very active person with 2 little kids. I couldn't stand the pain any longer. ..taking over the counter madications did not help, even my husband's leftover Vicodin .... she checked my kidneys for stones and didn't find anything. She gave me some pain madications which didn't help. I told her about it so she gave me Valium and send me home when the same pain I showed up!!!!

Today, I was a patient at the ER at University Hospital's new facility in Brecksville. Dr. Michelle Quinn and her staff were wonderful. I expected them to be professional and to know what they were doing, but they were also very friendly, caring and sensitive to my needs. I have run a successful group counseling practice for 42 years, and I have learned that no matter how much effort, care and energy you put into serving people in crisis, you cannot please them all. My very best to Dr. Quinn and her staff.

Dr. Quinn saved my husband's life with her quick response to his medical condition and her excellent diagnostic skills. I will always appreciate this.

Very, very rude and unprofessional. Did not care about my pain and did not listen to my concerns. Repeated requests for help went unnoticed. Felt dismissed. Not sure why people like her are in the field of medicine. A disgrace to the profession.

This doctor and staff were very rude & had no compassion what so ever. She acted like I was just a bother, or that I wasn't telling the truth about my illness. I was vomiting for 3 days, I didn't go to the hospital to get treated like dirt. I will NEVER go to Marymount South again even though it's very close to my house. I will go an hour away before I ever go there again.
