Dr. Michelle Kaye Reed, DO

I have found Dr. Reed to be very helpful treating my issues. I believe that she truly is concerned for me and does everything possible to support me. She and her staff have followed up with me to assure that the plan for my improvement is on track and working for me. Dr. Reed and her staff have never cut me short and always allow me to have the time I need to totally communicate with them. I highly recommend Dr. Reed for your future health needs.

I had my first appt. with Dr. Reed last week and I am so happy she was recommended to me by a co-worker. She listened to my problems and we came up with a feasible game plan for testing, etc. so I can get my life back!

I have never been treated so poor by a doctor before. She flat out didn't like me and pushed me to a specialist because my thyroid issues are "something she doesn't do "

Will not follow up, or talk with patients anymore. She is too busy to follow up on reports, ignores questions and asks her overworked nurses to do her follow up and diagnosis.

She is very professional and speaks to you as if you were a friend.

Dr. Reed makes an effort to listen and provide the best help she can. She is not perfect, but she tries to be thorough. Her staff always seem to be angry about something -- from the receptionist down the line (with the exception of the phlebotomist, who takes pride in his work) -- and all their stomping around and brusqueness clearly conveys that something is very rotten in this office environment. If it were only one person, it might be excusable, but everyone here seems hostile and hateful toward the patients -- who are their customers!

Dr. Reed is the kind of dcotor, you always dream of finding..She is soooo nice, and so professional. Dr Reed cares, cares about how you feel, what she can do to provide the best possible health care she can, and informs you, on what you can do, to manage your own health in a better way.
