She dismissed my case as "nothing wrong" simply because she couldn't see any drainage in my ear. The swollen cartilage around the ear? "Something may be wrong with your jaws." In as short as 10 minutes, she successfully dismissed my 10+years of experience with chronic ear problems as a patient and prescribed "rubbing alcohol + vinegar", which I've used for years.

Dr.Roeser was always on time with appointments and got me in and out of the office and surgery in a timely manner. She was comforting, kind and explained the procedure and all aspects of recovery clearly. I trusted her completely and had full confidence in her care, I would definitely recommend Dr.Roeser for anyone in need of an ENT.

I was a patient of a different doctor at the ENT Specialist of NOVA few years back and I had a diagnosis from this doctor that was confirmed by at least 3 other doctors. I was going to have surgery and wanted to go back to my doctor at this practice but found that he had left the practice. I was then referred to see Dr Roeser. She used nasoendoscopy to better see the condition of my septum. A process that took 2 minutes in total. After her examination she told me there was "nothing wrong" with my septum. I was very surprised and knowing my diagnosis and the difficulties the deviated septum has caused me. I felt she brushed off my concerns. She instead suggested that I may have allergies. I had to come back in for a skin test which was inconclusive. My skin reacted to their skin test badly and I had red itching skin on both arms all over. I was sent to have a blood test instead. A while later I received a phone call from this office telling me that I have no allergies. When I… asked about the reaction to the skin test I wasnâ??t provided a clear answer that I could understand. I was told that a report would be mailed out. All I received was a test results page with no explanation. Over a month later, I received a bill from her office. Her billing office had the audacity to charge my insurance almost $300 plus required $80 payment from me. I wrote a letter addressed to the doctor explaining why I felt her diagnosis was inaccurate per other doctors and that though I have passed that I was very concerned about the what I thought to be frivolous billing practices her office follows. I did not receive a response from the doctor. I got a call back from someone whose name was not disclosed to me basically asking "what do you want"? during the conversation this person revealed to me that they had not discussed my inquiry with the doctor. When I mentioned that the letter was addressed personally to the doctor and no-one should have opened it but her, the woman hang up on me. After few weeks I received the same bill again. I called back this time I was given a different story by a "Sue". She said the doctor must know about it but decided to have them charge me anyway. She wasn't very confident in this information either. But she was confident enough to threaten me with collections. Here I am asking doctor how come she misdiagnoses me while 3 other doctors say otherwise. I am courteously asking in writing to her to have her office at least waive the frivolous charge and all I get is "we will send it to collections" and not a word from the doctor. Mind you I have had nasodescopy before and never been charged extra like I have been at this office. Also as a note I had a surgery recently on the septum that she found "nothing wrong" with. It is my opinion that this doctor is careless or inexperienced. Her billing office uses predatory billing methods to scrape every little penny they can get from their customers.
