She was very through on the issue I was there for, but had another question to ask she was very fast and in a hurry, didn't feel comfortable asking a question with her having one hand on the door knob

She showed concern for my problems.

I felt like she wasn't actually listening to my concerns... Like she was giving me "canned" answers.

Visit was to establish care. I thought this would include a physical exam; I think what that entails has actually changed over the years, with increasing referrals to specialists. Or, that may not have been part of the visit definition of 'to establish care'. The provider had most of my medical records, but not all.
