Dr. Michelle Ann Sarraff, MD

I havnt had very many issues with this doctor until now. My kids have been with her since birth, i struggle to get through to her get my kids in and teated for this and properly taken care of from her its like they were being pushed to the back burner. Now shes dropped my children as her patients for absolutely no reason at all and gave me ZERO warning or explanation. She is a horrible doctor and needs to have her license pulled.

I would not recommend this office for my dog to be treated in. The staff is rude. All they want to do is get you in and out, and with the MA's attitude they really don't even want to get you in. There was only one nurse who was nice to us and her name was Amanda. As for the Dr I've questioned twice about her medical opinion and twice I was right. She didn't like that and quit us. Twice I've caught the MA, Marissa, rolling her eyes at me (or my child) for no reason. And one time Marissa asked me a question and I was talking to her answering the question that she had asked me and she cut me off by asking me her next question like she did not have time to finish listening fully to what I was trying to tell her. It was like the full answer to my question did not matter to her whatever portion of it that she needed she got and she was very rude and cutting me off and asking me the next question on her list of required questions. Yet I never said anything and if I would have then maybe my… stance on the way I felt about them probably would have been understood better by the physician. They definitely need a better MA because the medical assistant works very closely and the most with your family and your children. The MA is basically the face of the medical practice here because they are the one doing the majority of the work for the doctor and for someone to act the way that her assistant acts is very uncalled for and very unprofessional. They have no business working with children. Do not trust them with your little ones. Your family deserves better care and treatment then what this office has to offer anyone at all.
