Dr. Michelle L. Shorten

Dr Shorten always takes her time and makes sure I understand what she’s saying. If it’s a question she doesn’t know the answer to, she’s honest and tells me that and promises to find the answer, and that she does.

We liked her, but more than once she chalked up symptoms to a pre-existing condition, ignoring our pleas that it wasn't normal. A change to different physician validated our opinion and the new symptoms were not due to the pre-existing disease. I've now been treated and am better. I would encourage Dr. Shorten to investigate and test more until she actually has the experience to be able to write off symptoms without testing.

Wonderful doctor, she is blunt and gets straight to the point. I've always received accurate diagnosis from her and she is very thorough and compassionate

The first doctor to ever call and give results, even though they were good ! She is not in a rush, takes all the time you need to understand the illness.
