Such a great experience every time. Dr. Smith-Levitin and her ultrasound tech are incredible. They are patient, thorough, and I never leave feeling rushed or left with questions. Highly recommend!

Dr. Smith-Levitin is the rudest doctor I have ever met in my entire life. After (finally) leaving her office I told my husband that I literally felt like I had just come back from being on a battlefield. She was attacking me from the moment I walked into her room (for things that were out of my control) and was very pushy with unnecessary vaccines. She basically told me I was stupid for not getting the COVID booster, meanwhile she's waiting for her FIFTH one LOL. She acts like she is the only one who knows anything and does not take the time to actually listen to you, your questions, or your concerns. What was supposed to be an exciting day was ruined by her. It's unfortunate because everyone else at Premier is absolutely wonderful and actually intelligent. I'm going to do everything I can to ensure I never have to see her again.

This is a wonderful physician and practice. I have some health complications that required me to have several sonograms throughout my pregnancy, and I had to drive about an hour to get there each time, but I have to say that it was never a burden because of the care, compassion, and humanity that each member of the staff provided. Highly recommended!

I had the worst experience going to this office. I work in this field. I’m a technologist myself and have never spoken to a patient or been spoken to the way the sonographer spoke to me. She mom shamed me for having my 14 month old daughter and refused to let my husband in the room with her. Stating “I don’t know if you know, but we’re in the middle of a pandemic right now” and said FaceTime him (while I had no service in their basement office). We’ve had sono appointments before with the this group and always had our daughter there no problem. The tech proceeded to be rude by tapping the poster with the wifi password saying “here, get on this, get on this. It works for everyone else”. At the end she handed me one picture. I cried the entire scan. I debated leaving and partially wish I did, but I knew this exam was time sensitive and needed to be done. Dr. Smith-Leviton came in after and said “sorry for the misunderstanding”. There was no misunderstanding. I have been told in the past… we were allowed in and now we weren’t. I walked out telling them I’ll never be returning as a patient here, especially with that technologist. I can get this done at work with no problem.

Diagnosed a rare condition and saved our babies lives. Held our hands throughout the whole pregnancy. Responded to emails right away and gave the best advise and most importantly hope. We have the happiest girls and owe it to her.

There aren't enough words to describe my dissatisfaction with this doctor.

There are many good dr.s at premier womens health but this is not one of them Smith-Levitin has zero bedside manner and speaks to you as if you are uneducated and "below"her, Something no women needs during her pregnancy. Do yourself a favor and see ANYONE else but this dr.

dr. smith levitin spoke to us about our pening premature birth at the hospital and was knowledgeable and I thought very open minded and informative.

Dr was continuously on her cell phone during a very difficult consultation about terminating a pregnancy due to severe birth defects. We were escorted into her office and she was on a call which lasted quite a long time. My husband and I, both with tears in our eyes and barely able to function, had to listen to her personal call. When she finally got off the phone, she didn't even say hello or introduce herself - just started off by saying "so what day are you coming in for the termination?" I know this is just "another day at the office" for her, but it was the most difficult day of our lives and I will NEVER forget her unprofessional, uncaring attitude. She should not be practicing in a field like this. She also told us (regarding trying to conceive again) that it is "not fair to an unborn child to try to get pregnant when there are risks involved." This made us feel like if we were to get pregnant again and something went wrong - it is our fault. By the way - the high risk… was my age (42) - lots of women have children have 42. A more tactful way of handling this would have just been to explain that there are still high risks and let us come to our own conclusion - not make us feel like we are bad, selfish people for wanting to have a child. Here words haunt me every day.

She is an alarmist doctor who jumps to a very easy and quick amnio procedures - either you need it or not! We had 2 pregnancy's and both became high risk based on her exams, and both very normal at a second opinion! She even went that far that asked us to think about termination with our identical twin boys; which of course was far away from what we got at Cornell hospital......Second pregnancy - by chance she walked in the room at our first test and of course she came up again with her statistical numbers and calculations which AGAIN were waaay off and she was AGAIN pushing for amnio procedures! She even went that far that she changed the numbers in the chart...very unprofessional and painful experience! I hope nobody will go through her hands like we did.
