Dr. Michelle Torres, MD

I went to dr Torres to establish care as a new primary care physician. She was annoyed that I wasn’t sick at the time, did not give me any kind of check up, and wouldn’t stop pushing the flu vaccine even though I said I’m not interested and have never needed a flu shot. Unpleasant experience and not someone I would ever recommend.

She DOES NOT care if a person has to live with PAIN!

Horrible staff, no office hours posted, unable to reach office when.

This office manners was not pleasant, Dr. Torres bedside manners was not pleasant, they would never be available when you need a refill are anything.

This office is absolutely horrible about refilling prescriptions! Pharmacy faxed request every day for four days and still no refill. Would never trust this staff with a serious illness!

I think the care Dr. Torres gives to her patients is courteous and precise but I feel that a doctor must have a good support staff also in order for a patient to feel like they have an overall good experience with who they are seeing for their healthcare needs. Sadly Dr. Torres has horrible staff who rarely respond back in a timely manner and front office staff (Maribel) who are rude and should not be attempting to make decisions for patient care when they are not educated or licensed in the medical field ie: RN, LVN or MD to make decisions which impact the healthcare of a patient. To have the attitude of "it's only me and figure it out yourself" is not what medical office staff should ever tell a patient. Lastly Dr. Torres you will never be high rated if your staff is not trained to give good quality care to the patient, which includes front office also.
