You will love Dr. Turnley! She LISTENS. She pays attention to all you say....she THINKS ABOUT you and all you tell her. I can not say enough about Dr. Turnley. ....EXCELLENT, FANTASTIC, EXCEPTIONAL. Thank you, Dr. Turnley! I know I am in good hands and you will find the source of this pain! So glad you are here!!! Also, Dr. Turnley's office staff were all friendly and helpful. The office seemed to run smoothly and efficiently!!!

If I could leave 0 stars I would. The only nice part about this experience was the woman working at the front desk. Dr. Turnley is one of the worst doctors I have ever had to waste my time to see. She is the most unfriendly person and acts like she could care less to meet you. I have experienced chronic back pain for 10 years and was referred to her by my primary care doctor. I told her for years I have tried chiropractics and physical therapy…all which have not kept the pain away long. Her only recommendation was physical therapy. She acted bothered when explaining the results of my MRI. Her tone was condescending in response to questions I asked and she was in a hurry to leave the room. She clearly does not care about you as a patient in the slightest. It is embarrassing that this doctor is even associated with UAB. I would rather continue to suffer with pain than ever go back. Do not waste your time or money.

She is hands down the best Dr I have ever seen. I have been with her since 1995. I think she has fixed about everything on me and helped with a broken heart after my wife passed away. If you don't like her and her staff something is wrong with you outside her doing. I hate seeing people run down someone as caring and good as she is. Don't beat on her just try someone else and see how far you get.

Dr. Turnley is very knowledgeable and is an excellent doctor. She is very matter-of-fact and to the point. She has consistently been able to identify and successfully treat issues that other physicians could not.

Almost a month ago I scheduled an appointment with Dr. Michelle Turnley for this morning. Arrived 30 minutes prior to my appointment time to be told that nobody is available to conduct my scheduled test. My contact information was never reviewed when the appointment was scheduled by the office staff and the phone number they have attempted to use is a home number that belonged to my parents when I was a teen. MY TIME IS NO LESS IMPORTANT TO ME THAN THE DOCTOR'S TIME IS TO HER. EXTREMELY unprofessional and disrespectful. Won't be back!

MY TIME IS NO LESS IMPORTANT TO ME THAN THE DOCTOR'S TIME IS TO HER. EXTREMELY unprofessional and disrespectful. Won't be back!

This doctor shouldn’t be a doctor. She’s a hateful human being who doesn’t value the feelings of her patients. I’ve been sick for 3 years and all doctors agree that I had a medical condition, when I went to her she told me it’s all in my head and I should be in a mental hospital. She told me that I have a baby face and that I need female hormones cause I don’t look like a women. I left her office crying and she didn’t care, she continued telling me I’m imagining the whole thing despite me providing her with all my exams proving my condition. She continued saying hateful things, she assaulted me psychologically and left me with very bad thoughts about myself. She saw me as a Muslim and the moment she walked in she had this look of disgust, she didn’t hear what I had to say. She’s not a doctor and shouldn’t be working in a good hospital like UAB where I met great doctors.

The positive reviews on the UAB medicine site must be bogus and part of a PR effort to improve patient traffic, she has none. I sympathize with all her affected patients and hope the hospital wises up to her behavior.
