Dr. Vann is personable and caring. Some days she is rushed more than others but she answers my questions. Her main problem is her office staff. They think they have medical degrees and answer for her. You also literally have to beg for them to leave her a message even for simple things like a vaccine slip. Could do without the headaches and aggravation from them.

Dr. Van is wonderful! However, her office staff is incredibly rude! Very disappointing! And they dropped me as a patient because I haven't had an appointment in a couple of years. Sad to say I have to switch doctors!

No room for sick visits on same day. I was very disappointed I needed to go to urgent care for a simple ailment.

Being an older male, I didn't know if I would be comfortable with someone young enough to be my daughter. But Dr. Vann makes you feel very relaxed and does know what she is doing. Kudos to you Dr. Vann!
