About Michelle Wiesner at Trillium Health and Restoration

Born in the Milwaukee area and raised in southeastern Wisconsin, Michelle Wiesner built a strong foundation of excellence early in life, graduating from college cum laude with honors. She began her career as a physical therapist, consistently going above and beyond to serve her patients and team. In 1993, she moved to Kentucky, where she continued her work in physical therapy and expanded into healthcare management, leadership, and mentoring.

Throughout her career, Michelle Wiesner found great fulfillment in leading staff, serving on committees, and contributing to teams both professionally and within her church community. Her life was marked by hard work, dedication, and a deep desire to help others. Over time, however, the pressure of performance, perfectionism, and people-pleasing led to burnout—mentally, emotionally, physically, and spiritually.

That turning point became the beginning of a new chapter. Through healing …and personal growth, she discovered the importance of boundaries, rest, and learning to say “no” to what drains energy in order to say “yes” to what truly nourishes the body, mind, and spirit. This journey inspired her second career through Trillium Health and Restoration, where she blends her expertise in physical therapy with holistic health coaching.

Today, she is passionate about helping others—especially women—improve their health, wellness, and quality of life. With a holistic approach that honors the deep connection between body, mind, and spirit, she offers support, encouragement, and practical guidance to those seeking greater balance, healing, and vitality. Her mission is to meet each person where they are and help equip them to live a rich, abundant, and truly healthy life.
