Dr. Micheyle Lee Goldman, DO

My family has been visiting Memorial Hospital West Pediatric Emergency for the longest and for the first time we are dissatisfied with our visit. Dr. Goldman was not helpful and we now have to visit another ER.

She is always compassionate and kind with my children.

Dr Goldman is phenomenal! Her bedside manner with the kids and parents is great. She cares a great deal for her patients

I brought in my 2yr old daughter to Memorial West Pediatrics. Dr. MICHEYLE GOLDMAN was the doctor at the ER at the time. My Daughter had an extremely high fever and throwing up I went into further details of my daughters symptoms and how long she had them. Before I can finish anything she was rude she immediately told me I needed to get my childs immunizations. Not knowing why or respecting my personal family desicions. Little did she know I have 8 children which are all grown and I my self use to be a nurse . She made inappropriate remarks talking down to me. She went on to bragging about herself and how her colleagues could not identify some other patients diagnosis and she did. I guess she thought she was the next "House" after she refused to order x-ray even after I explained my daughter was in previously with pneumonia. She refused blood test. She wanted to just stick a catheter in my 2 year old. . She discharged my daughter without ever coming back she sent the nurse with… discharge papers . My daughter was discharged with a fever. . I went home and my daughter fever even with tylenol and motrin was high called the ped ER manager was just as use less as they do what the doctors says. I had to rush my daughter with a fever of 104 to memorial miramar where they immedialtly ran qll the test Goldman refused to do. My daughter had pneumonia so bad it was glowing on the x-rays and a mass had developed . They treated my daughter on the spot with two shots of antibiotics which helped the fever go down. So no thanks to Goldman my daughter is now recoverying . Its disgusted me to see somone in that field and that works with children be so insensitive child's condition the lack of patients I belive was cause she just thinks she's a know it all. Which is a recipe for a bad doctor especially one who will be working with children. I later realized she graduated in 2002. And that as far as education and experience is not very reassuring. I've experienced more with 8 children and with grandchildren and other parts of the country than she got to experience . Even though I'm not a doctor even I know there was stuff that she could have done but blew everything off like most that don't know a diagnosis and call it a flu. It's safe to say that I guess if u don't know what the he'll it is. CAREFUL SHE CAN COST YOUR CHILD HER LIFE
