Great doctor but you will wait in waiting room for hours. Watch out for physical therapist. She is not honest.

I have been referred to this doctor multiple times and have never had a good experience and half the time don't even have the appointment because he makes his patients wait for literally hours before passing them on to other doctors. In two instances, the alternative doctors I saw were very nice but did specialized in other disorders that were not applicable to mine.

I went to see this doctor, and instead of seeing him, I spent two hours with his resident, then waited an hour for him to confer with Dr. Hirano, only to be told that he was too busy with other patients to see me. Isn't that the point of appointments? So the doctor you schedule to visit actually has time to see you? One of the worst experiences I have had at a doctor's office.
