he is accurate in his diagnosis and knowledge of pain causes. his nurse knocks on door at 18 minutes to remind him to wrap it up.weird

Competent, understanding, professional, friendly, willing to go above and beyond to help his patients. Overall great doctor. He has completely alleviated my pain. My only complaint is the difficulty of getting urgent appointments or callbacks with this clinic.

Dr. Miguel A. Casillas is obviously very competent, but he is not available for most of my appointments. Seeing a different doctor instead of my pcp for most visits makes it too hard and complicated. Casillas was very good the first couple of visits I had with him then the sociopath's mask came off. I am looking for a new doctor now. There is also something of a war between Mexican and American doctors and personnel in general at the Lewis Clinic. The patient is caught in the middle. The tension at this clinic is out of this world because the Mexicans there are white and they don't kiss-up to the Americans. It's really awful in there.
