Buyer beware: I can only base my experience off of my single consult I had with him last year. I came to this site to give my fertility doctor we ended up going with five stars and I felt compelled to leave this review to warn others. We VERY quickly switched doctors after my initial bizarre and expensive consult. It started off fine enough, the front desk girls were nice and they took my $500 something payment for my consult (pretty normal) and my picture. After waiting a bit a nurse grabbed me and then doctor Damien came in and I was given an internal ultrasound to check out my AFC, doctor Damien flipped the screen away from me so I couldn’t see and told me that I had no eggs. My heart sank because we had come to them due to only male factor and I was 28. I am writing this now, sitting on my couch, pregnant with my OWN egg. After my ultrasound we went to his office and he gave me an overwhelming list of things I needed to do hsg, etc, etc. he was just very disorganized and… overwhelming in his presentation. THEN before I left I was told I should do genetic screening and that they had an agreement with a company to only charge his patients $99. I was flustered, worried I had no eggs, confused about my list of things to do, so I agreed and paid that same day. I left, made an appointment with a larger fertility clinic, and never returned to Doctor Damien. A couple of weeks later I received a BILL FROM THE GENETIC COMPANY FOR ALMOST $700! Looking back it’s almost funny but at the time we were crushed and confused and convinced I had NO EGGS. My first appointment with the clinic we went with was the next week. The doctor flipped the screen toward me and started explaining what everything on the screen was. My AFC was 15. Not 0. (Low for my age, but not NONE…proven by my baby.) ….so guys, just be careful. You will probably get a baby with him. But at a hefty cost and with a really unusual personality.

An absolute horrible greedy doctor! When doctors say I don't know and brush off patient's concerns because you don't believe in them, you are a pos. Trust means listening to them and their concerns. Everyone is not a standard protocol. Dr. Holden, "I could look up your concern, sure, but even if I did find something I wouldn't know what to do with it and besides, I would never order anything I don't believe in even if the tests showed something, because I don't know what to do with it and I don't believe in it." So as a patient, I had to do research to unanswered lab results. I had to get stressed out over and responses like that had to stress me out more. Dr. Aimee was great. It's unfortunate she left because she was the only one who care and didn't think one way was the whole picture. I had worked the last 3 months after devastation with my own embryo to consider donor embryo. I took medications, injections, birth control and estrogen pills up until today when this sick calls me and… says because I dont trust him or Dr. Holden, that I am now no longer a patient. He also said that the donor embryo was the clinic's and that it was a gift. I did not trust the doctors. Seriously, if you don't know an answer, your a doctor, look it up, get an idea. Patients should not have to look up stuff, worry or stress. Over year at this clinic, 4 failed ivfs, 2 iuis and beyond thousands of dollars, where I have been double charged where I had to bring in bank statements, had to be given prices of things wrong, having to get reimbursed because they forget to charge my insurance. Btw, the donor embryo is not your gift. I worked months toward having that embryo implanted. You stole my most likely child away. You a a piece of nothing. You are not God. I wouldn’t recommend this doctor to my worst enemy. It was a very emotional and mentally challenging experience- IVF and Dr Damien seems really caring in the beginning but once he gets your money and the process begins- you can’t ask this doctor any questions, he’s never around (his nurses do almost everything) and he makes you feel like a piece of crap if you question anything!!!!! Look for a different doctor!!! Trust me!!!

Para mí el doctor Damien es excelente .yo traté por 18años buscando una solución ami problema .despues de aber tenido 3embarazos ectopicos me quitaron mis trompas me vi obligada aser inbitro me realise 3inbitros Sin ningún resultado asta que escuche un programa de radio con el doctor Damien .fue una luz de esperanza a mi vida .desde la primera cita confíe en el .es muy profesional en lo que ase dijo que nos ayudaría y así fue tengo unos lindos gemelos de 8 meces . I recently went back to the doctor Damien, and I really had a bad experience, the iv treatment was really expensive. The doctor is very busy now, no like few years ago, and I don’t think they care about the patients, they just care about the money.

Dr. Damien just performed my egg retrieval for IVF. I am writing this review based on my experience so far and not based on my outcome so I feel it is less biased than if he made me pregnant, or didn’t. His staff is generally friendly (one lady at front desk not going to mention names is not that pleasant) but most are. The nurses have all been good except for one who is still good but def rushes you. Going in the am for ultrasounds is a nightmare as people arrive at 6 am to start camping out waiting so there’s always a wait. They make whole process as painless as possible. Dr. Damien is usually rushing but still gives you very clear answers, calls you late at night with results, is clearly dedicated to his patients and wants the best for you. He will literally say no if you try to do something that’s not good for you. I would recommend him thus far.

Be prepared to sit and wait for hours on end as they have poor scheduling. Doctor is very good tho and worth the wait. Wish they would be more mindful of patients time.

Dr. Damien just performed an extensive surgery on me to remove fibroids, endometrial ovarian cysts, remove endometriosis. During this surgery he was able to correct my tubes that had become blocked with endometriosis. He also repaired my abdominal fascia that was in terrible condition from two c-sections. It was an extensive surgery that others doctors wanted to send me for a hysterectomy but he assured me it could be done. Thankful to have found this doctor to perform surgery on me.

Terrific practice. Very knowledgeable and successful outcomes!!!
