Made appointment thinking I would have a positive experience and receive information on different kinds of arthritis with an effort to determine what mine is. This man was rude, inappropriate and more worried about what I looked like than the fact that I was seeking some help. I did not want prescriptions. After 30 minutes of being berated and told how many calories to eat in a day which was 400 in his opinion I walked out and decided that this person is not a real doctor nor does he care about the well being of humans. I am a 65 year old woman that still works full time.

I have been a patient of Dr. Miguel A Garcia-Caro for years. He is a very compassionate, thorough and well educated physician. There is usually a 30 minute wait but it’s fine because when he’s with me he doesn’t get in a rush and never looks at his watch like I’ve had Doctors do. He explains everything to me so when I leave I understand what he has changed/ or not and why. His staff is always friendly and performs their jobs professionally. His office is very clean and a relaxing atmosphere. I referred my family to see him.

I waited 3 hours only to be told that there were 6 people ahead of me who hadn't been called back either. On previous visits I waited at least an hour to be seen. When in with Dr. Garcia he only refilled the current meds after I told him they weren't working. He never tried another drug to treat me. He instead gave me enough pain meds to have me in a comatose state. I don't feel like he cared at all about my health.
